Grupo Lamosa was able to leverage the market situation resulting from the pandemic lockdown, thanks to its strength, diversification and commercial strategy.
A significant part of the market that the company serves is house completion and remodeling. Lockdown caused people to refocus their consumption priorities, as they stopped spending on a range of other items and became interested in home-improvement projects. This, in turn, triggered a significant increase in the demand for Grupo Lamosa products.
During the contingency, the company was able to adapt to the changing market conditions, adjusting its product mix to the new requirements and satisfying the sudden increase in demand during the second half of the year.
