Grupo Lamosa and its companies have always sought to act with transparency, honesty and professionalism in their business and labor relations and with the authorities.

In order to consolidate this way of acting, Grupo Lamosa prepared a Code of Ethics which sets out the standards of conduct that should be observed by all employees and other stakeholders. In support of the Code, the company has set up a “Transparency Line” through which any situation that might be in violation of the transparency and honesty that our companies demand may be reported.

Employees and other stakeholders may send comments or report violations either anonymously or openly through the Transparency Line. However, we recommend providing personal information since, if necessary, we may then follow up on a given case with the person making the report. Whatever the circumstances, all personal data is treated with total confidentiality.

It is important to present all comments clearly and with as much information as possible, so we recommend that employees and other stakeholders present their complaints in writing through the following link:
